Rondel Reynoldson
Audition
Rondel has worked as an actress for the past 20 years in projects spanning children's theatre to Hollywood blockbusters. She has performed on stage in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Theatre highlights for her: White Trash Blue Eyes, a collaborative writing piece which won a Dora award for Best New Play; and Montreal's invitational Festival of the Americas, where she performed in an 8 hour production of Hamlet and was able to see one of her favorite theatre companies, The Wooster Group.
Rondel now spends her time working in the local film and television industry as well as teaching at VFS. She has acted in over 50 television and film projects, most recently in Man of Steel, the new Superman film directed by Zack Snyder. Personable, funny, and intuitive, Rondel brings a wealth of experience to her teaching as well as a genuine love and curiosity for the craft of acting.
Rondel is also passionate about travel and other cultures. In addition to being able to sing the Sanskrit alphabet, she can also order food, ask directions, flirt, find a bathroom, and hail a taxi in more than 6 languages.
She is currently teaching Audition 1.
