Orrin Stroll

Orrin is an experienced, capable, and proven entertainment lawyer and artist.

Orrin worked as senior in-house legal counsel for Shavick Entertainment, Inc. for approximately seven years. His prior legal-related work includes positions with the law firms of Dolden Walker Folick and Orris Burns, where he practiced corporate law and handled insurance and criminal defence litigation. In 1995, Orrin co-developed, organized, and integrated an online legal information database intended for use by Crown Counsel throughout the province of British Columbia.

Orrin's entertainment-related experience started in Montreal at McGill University, where he championed and worked on several independent films. During that period, he also co-anchored and produced two spoken word community radio shows in the Montreal area for CKUT- 90.3FM. Between 1993 and 1996, Orrin worked a part-time stage hand and stage manager for weekly live music performances by local and major label recording artists. Orrin has also acquired approximately 45 film and television credits for a range of capacities, including producer, executive in charge of production, and business and legal affairs.

Orrin received an L.L.B degree from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English - Film and Communications from McGill University, Montreal, in 1993.
