He has worked in the game development industry for nearly a decade, accumulating a wide variety of experience in shipping several different genres of games. Having worked at EA for the majority of that time, Michael has been focused on titles such as EA SPORTS NBA Live 10, EA SPORTS NCAA Basketball 10, EA SPORTS Grand Slam Tennis, Madden NFL 09, Need for Speedâ„¢ ProStreet, UEFA Champions League 2007, Def Jam: Fight for New York PSP, World Cup 2006, Marvel Nemesis, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, and EA SPORTS FIFA 06.

Prior to working in the game industry, he focused on attaining a Computer Science degree in Winnipeg, as well as taking an Interactive Game Design course. Now Michael focuses on the QA project management side of the business, establishing team culture and cultivating QA values, creating effective organizational structures for motivating and inspiring his teams to reach new levels of success.
