Diego Pons

Junior Instructor, Role Playing

Fascinated with interactive media, Diego left behind his previous career as a motion graphics designer in his native Mexico and came to VFS to be involved in the video game industry. After graduating at the top of his class and earning an ELAN award with his final project, he joined Next Level Games, where he has been working on various titles in different design roles such as presentation, level design, and pitch preparation.

Diego finds his passion in not just video games, but also board, collectible card, party and - especially - role-playing games.

He has been involved with D&D since he can remember, as a player, storyteller, and campaign designer; he is determined to prove to students that the cornerstone of video game design can be found within the dungeons of a roleplaying campaign.
