Impact Awards Masquerade Flies High

By VFS Web Team, on January 19, 2011

Organized, as always, by students in the Entertainment Business Management program, the Winter 2011 Impact Awards celebrated the beginning of a new year at Vancouver Film School with music, dancing, face painting by Makeup Design students, an aerial performer, and of course, recognition for outstanding student achievement across all of our programs.
Some of the evening's winners included 3D grad Derek Rein for his visual effects reel "Heli-Commute", Film grad Anand Raghavan for his documentary The Richest Place, and Writing grad Amy Roy for her screenplay "Dock of the Bay." Many more winners were announced as well; click here to see the full list.
Congrats to all the winners and the EBM students who made it a celebration to remember. We're looking forward to the next one!
