The owners are a couple who live upstairs and are looking for reasonable clean and quiet students who are looking for a calm environment where they can eat, sleep, study and relax.

None smoking of any substances on the property. Reasonable requirement to share the cleaning and upkeep of the apt with the two other roommates.
