Included in the monthly price, heat, hydro, Wi-Fi, no additional charges.

Linen is provide in the bedrooms and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove dishes and cookware.
The 3 piece bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped and the suite has its own washer/dryer.

The owners are a couple who live upstairs and are looking for reasonably clean and quiet students looking for a calm environment where they can eat, sleep, study and relax.

Must be willing to share the weekly cleaning and upkeep of the apt with the two other roommates.

None smoking of any substances including vaping on the property.
