Hi! I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) for Jan 1st or Dec 15th. I am a VFS grad-the apartment is furnished and close to VFS.
Laundry is in suite and includes internet and utilities. It is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and a den. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The den has a double bed.
If you want to share the apartment and have your own bathroom rent is 2250. If I get a roommate for the den and we share the apartment 3ppl --the rent is 1400.
The building is nice and quiet. Not a party place and I'm not into that either.
