The apt is limited to 3 students, 1 student per bedroom.
Rent 850.00 per month, no additional or hidden charges. Heat, electricity, WIFI, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
Location is Price St a 5 minute walk to the Joyce skytrain station and a fast skytrain ride to any VFS campus downtown.
The available bedroom has; window, desk and chair, closet, bureau, and a single bed, all linen provided.
Fully equipped kitchen: 3 piece bathroom with a large walk in shower, and suite has its own washer/dryer.
The owners are a family who live upstairs with their adult daughter and are looking for reasonable clean and quiet students looking for a calm environment where they can eat, sleep, study and relax.
Please note: the room is available through Bell Accommodation Services a student housing placement agency. I have been providing VFS students with housing options for over 20 years. All housing accommodations are viewed personally by me and I take the pictures myself.
